Within 14 days, for any reason
If Stillroom Vault isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you’ll get your money back in full. You don’t have to give a reason.
How to ask
Either way works:
- Reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the order help link in it.
- Write to [email protected] from the address you bought with, and we’ll pass it on.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds go back to the way you paid; how long that takes depends on your bank or card.
What happens after a refund
Please stop using the licence key: Stillroom checks keys offline, so it can’t know about a refund, and we trust you. Your vault isn’t touched either way. Without a key Stillroom is the free tier (up to 25 items, every feature), and opening, exporting and backing up always keep working.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something’s wrong. If Stillroom doesn’t work as described, we’ll make it right, and your rights as a consumer under the law of your country always apply.

The free tier has every feature, so you can use Stillroom with real files before you pay. Exporting everything is always possible, licensed or not.
